Pro Purchase Rules

• This program is for industry pros only
• Merchandise is for personal use only
• Not for friends, family, resell or gifts
• Not for outdoor program or client use
• Must work at least 20 hrs per week
• Please keep the program and program pricing confidential
• All orders must be paid by any major credit card only
• Orders are subject to availability – backorders are cancelled automatically
• All orders are subject to review
• All orders will be shipped directly to the verified pro’s business mailing address or picked up at will call (certain restrictions may apply)
• Items ship from Utah and/or Pennsylvania – all shipping charges apply including split-shipped orders and hazmat fees
• Please do not call or email about shipping rates - we do not know shipping charges until items are actually shipped
• All pro deal communication happens via email
• Pro accounts are valid for one year
• Rules are subject to change without notice

• Please allow 2 – 5 business days for approval
• Liberty Mountain reserves the right to restrict sales to any participant as they see fit
• Any abuse of the Liberty Mountain Pro Deal Program will result in forfeiture of future pro deal privileges
