Q: What is a Pro Deal?

Pro Deal accounts are available to professionals in the outdoor industry and for personal use only, not for friends or family.  Purchases for groups, shops, or other agencies should be setup as a Liberty Mountain customer accounts. Click here to contact Liberty Mountain.

Q: How do I sign up for a Pro Deal?

Fill out the online application found here.

Q: How do I access my Pro Deal account?

Through our Pro Deal website http://pro.libertymountain.com

Q: My login information does not work?

Please allow 24 hours for your account to become active when you receive the email of approval. Be sure to log in only through our Pro website http://pro.libertymountain.com Be aware that your username and password are case sensitive.

Q: Why can I not change my shipping address?

Your shipping address is kept on file with Liberty Mountain. If you need to change it you will need to contact us.

Q: Shipping charges - TBD?

Credit Card orders are preauthorized for the amount of goods and a certain percentage above that for freight. When your order is shipped we will apply the actual shipping cost to the order total when the card is charged.

Q: Order error - Gateway Failure?

During the checkout process delete your credit card on file and add new payment method even if its for the same card. If the problem persists please contact us at prodeal@libertymoutnain.com
